Description: The project consists of tenant improvement in a newly constructed building that will be delivered to the project as a cold, dark shell with a concrete slab ceiling. Development is complicated by lease mandate for sound isolation due to adjacent tenant space and hotel property above. The site will contain (12) 7'x8' instruction studios, (6) 8'x12' band studios, a small recording studio and recital space of approx. 500sf. Scope: Noise criteria for HVAC, STC for windows/walls/floor/doors, Noise isolation for impact noise through floors and noise reduction for ceiling/wall acoustical treatments.

Notes: Students would be practicing musical instruments and having musical recitals in this space.
