Description: Polysonics joined this project to provide state-of-the-art acoustical and audio-visual designs for the new Hamilton office building in Tyson’s Corner, Virginia. Design and specification of the first floor auditorium and second floor conference center included computer driven multi-media, audio-visual presentation and distribution systems for remote viewing and listening. Video systems were designed to support both external and internal building signals, including cable, cameras, VCR’s and video conferencing. The audio systems came fully integrated with playback, voice reinforcement, audio conference with high fidelity, and intercom system. Acoustical designs were optimized for SCIF security, including wall and door equipment and low HVAC noise levels.
