Description: The project consists of the construction of an 11-story building which will include residential units (apartments and condos) hotel and retail including a bar. In addition, the retail will have truck operation which may require special acoustic design. Scope: Noise criteria (NC) for HVAC including air handler units, ducting and disfusser recommendations. Sound Transmission Class (STC) thru walls, floors, windows and doors. Impact Isolation Class (IIC) of floors. Noise Reduction between common areas such as trash compactor room, clubroom, lobby, fitness center, etc.
