Description: Polysonics provided acoustical and audio/visual design services in the modernization of Sharswood Hall. A complete design of the equipment arrangements was made resulting in a specification complete with equipment, execution, acceptance testing, training, warranty, and out year service contract option. Polysonics worked with the design team to coordinate fit, site lines, aesthetics, conduits, power, lighting and acoustics to assure an excellent integration with the existing equipment. We created overlays for these requirements using Auto CADD 14. A budget with a list of equipment was provided with a narrative of capabilities after an interview with the user. We also provided construction administration including a bidders list, technical bid review, response to contractor questions, site observations and acceptance testing. We also participated in training.
